We specialize in working with companies within the process industries to turn plant challenges into opportunities for improved performance and a competitive edge. Our solutions include people-focused topics such as conflict management and communication skills, operations areas such as plant safety and management practices, and highly specialized and technical subjects such as pharmaceutical plant equipment training and maintenance.
The foundation of any effective training system is the ability to recognise and define the behaviors required by an employee to successfully perform a job. Failure to fully define required behaviors leads to inadequate training, inefficient operation, and increased risk of incidents. Plant Leadership Systems has expertise in defining the skills required for jobs in the process industries, down to the level of specific, observable behaviors. Effective training introduces and develops practical mastery of the skills required for job success. Proper performance support makes it easy for employees to perform the desired behaviors correctly. Performance Management practices assure knowledge transfer and accountability for proper job performance.
We help process plant employees all over the world improve productivity and find greater efficiencies. Cultures and languages may vary, but the issues faced by 24/7 process plants are largely the same regardless of whether they're in Europe, the Caribbean, or the Middle East.
We work closely with petrochemical and refining clients to improve plant floor visibility, emphasize safety, and empower shift leaders to think on their feet when confronted with irregular operations. In addition, we help facilities fine-tune their processes and shift schedules to reduce operating expenses.
Our pharmaceutical clients appreciate our practical approach to manufacturing operations and regulatory compliance. Our training system improves practical mastery and minimizes incidents of non-conformance.
We support the food and beverage industry with training approaches that help your workforce operate efficiently and in compliance with cGMP requirements.
Years of experience qualify us to offer practical, real-world suggestions that lead to greater efficiency, lower costs, and higher production for your plant.
